Extended Stay America Suites - Findlay - Tiffin Avenue

We had a great stay. We brought both our dogs. Both between 60-65lbs. The woman who checked us in was so sweet and nice. She let us know the other pets were down the same hall. We didn't mind at all if anyone's dog barked. The building doesn't have the best curb appeal. The grounds could use some lawn maintenance, but it doesn't affect us, so we didn't mind. My friend stayed on the 3rd floor and said the elevator seemed "sketchy" but worked. As far as the room. It was so big, plenty of room for the dogs to run around and play in the room. The beds were comfortable but could've used better pillows. It was a plus having a tv in each room. The bathroom was updated and clean. They have a grab and go breakfast, muffins, fruit, and such. We went out anyways so again, it didn't matter much to us. For the money, this is a great spot. It was very clean inside. The rooms were great size, very clean and the staff were all very friendly. Shopping, convenience stores, and so many restaurants are all within a 5 min drive. We would recommend and stay here again.

Stacey, at the front desk was terrific. She went out of her way to make sure my daughter and I had what we needed for the overnight stay. My daughter suffers from some medical issue and I needed some assistance and Stacey was there! Thank you! Would stay her again and for the price it was even better.

Cheryl is wonderful, she was so helpful and lovely and homey. We had an issue with the booking site and she fixed it for us in no time. We also loved how nice the room was and the price for it all

I had reserved this room at the last minute on the same day and I was really happy with the price for the room I had reserved. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The price is excellent for what we were looking for. The front staff was was amazing and friendly.
